Cade had his first Dr. Appointment with Dr. Batra today. He is in perfect health and now weighs 4 pounds 3 ounces. And, he now measures 17 and a 1/2 inches long, a very tall boy! So far everything is going great at home and he continues to eat well. He is very quiet and never fusses much. Lyndsay said he was even a good boy during bath time!

Cade is still do great, now at home with his mommy and big sister. He is eating on schedule and maintaining his body temperature well for still being so small. He loves being held and of course, being fed! Yesterday he had a visit from Grandpa Ted – their first meeting. I wish I could have been there!

Having Cade home has been amazing for both Lyndsay and Meleia. I wish I could be there with them but until Collin is released I will be staying at the hospital with him when not working. There just isn’t any possible way that either of us could ever leave him all alone in the hospital, no way.
Anyway, Cade is loving his swing and bouncy chair. He has continued to eat regularly and is awake and alert much more often now. And his big sister Meleia is becoming his best friend!
